The newsletter is condensed into a PDF file. You will need a reader to view it. Most people already have a viewer on their computer. If not it can be download for free at :
The files are fairly large. It will take approximate 2 minutes to download with a 56K modem. You can either double click the link and it will open the reader in your browser so you can view it after it is downloaded or you can right click it and save it to your hard drive to view it at a later time.
