Kennel Information-

• Current Immunizations are Required:
• New starting in 2012 - as recommended by all 27 U. S.veterinarian teaching hospitals.
• Distemper, Parvo Combo - You need to show that your dog has had his puppy series of 3 shots, and then at 1 year a booster - this will be kept on file for your dog you will no longer need to update:
• Rabies - every 3 years as required by law
• Bordetella Yearly
• A copy of your dog's immunization records must be brought at time of your first check in. Puppies must show 3 shots then a booster one year later
• Not required nor recommended - giardia, corona, parainfluenza, leptrparosis vaccines

Feeding

• We offer Diamond products, Chicken or Lamb/Rice dry
• You can provide your own food at no extra charge
• Food must be in a re-sealable plastic bag no larger than 1 gallon - labeled with your dog's name

Bedding and Toys

• You are welcome to bring your own bed or blanket - Crystal Glen is not responsible for destroyed bedding during your dog's stay. If it is special keep it at home!
• We will also supply our own bedding if you forget yours.
• Toys, chewies, cookies and bones are welcome. Crystal Glen is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
• Do not leave with us, leashes, bowls, cups, etc.

Special Needs

• Medicine that can be put in your dog's food will be given at no extra charge.
• Medicine that must be hand-given, injections, eye/ear ointments, drops are extra charges - see rates
• Dogs that must be separated to be fed will be charged extra per day - see rates
• Un-altered animals are happily accepted, there is an additional charge per day for males, and in-heat females
