Tia— our kennel manager has been with us for 13 years!  Her loyalty and years of experience are highly valued.  She keeps Crystal Glen’s lodging and daycare operations running smoothly.  She started with us as basic kennel help, coming from a background of both horses and dogs.  In California she was a vet technician for many years as well as working at other kennels in her earlier days.  She spent several years working on the race track caring for race horses.  At Crystal Glen she worked her way up from basic cleaning help to managing our lodging facility which is her main concern.  She also helps care for the CG Goldens as well as our babies.  She lives on the property with her two Miniature Pinchers Shalalie and Autumn to help insure 24 hour supervision.

Carolyn started working for us when she was in high school, 13 years ago!having shown and trained horses since she was a teenager.  This knowledge has helped her move into the canine world smoothly.  Her understanding of animals and their care has given her great insight into all aspects from  the care of our guests in our lodging facility.  She manages the daunting task of feeding our guest and making sure they get their proper medications. Working with personalities so everyone out in the play yards play well with one another, to playing with the dogs on their walks.  Along with this she is my assistant with the care of all the Crystal Glen Goldens. She helps  maintain their top shape for the show ring, obedience ring and agility.  Without her help the CG Goldens would not be the top winning Golden Retrievers that they are! Jasmine started working for us when she was in High School, 13 years ago! Starting as an intern, she has participated in all sides of our business. Beginning with the lodging facility, which she managed, onto grooming, going on to become a licensed groomer. Currently she work is in the kennel during our busy times of the year, but her main focus is training. She helps train and show CG Golden's in obedience-where she has excelled at putting numerous Rally titles on our goldens. Working with both the pups that spend their lives her as well as other people's Golden babies, who entrust us with their education and socialization. She is utilizing her training and experiences here to obtain her Master's Degree in Social Work - where she plans to use her dogs for human therapy. Currently she is very involved in HABIC (Human Animal Bond in Colorado. She works with her CG Golden, Jacob, both with the aging population and children with social issues..
